At Prestige Glazing we pride ourselves on providing the best service possible for our customers. However, we do understand that sometimes a customer may not be completely satisfied. That’s why we think it’s important to receive feedback so we can do everything in our power to remedy any problems.

We will aim to reply within 48 hours of any complaint and arrange a visit to inspect the problem. Where possible, once any work is complete, please check that you are satisfied and let our installation team know of any issues while they are still on site.
